New Software

We want to inform you that HATC has recently transitioned to a new software system. As we work towards fully implementing and mastering this new system, there may be delays in our usual service timelines.

Landlords

If you are a landlord trying to get a breakdown of your October payments, please contact TJ Crowley in our finance department at TimothyC@hatc.org.

Landlords will need to register for the new Assistance Connect landlord portal. If you were previously registered, you will need to register again using a new PIN. Registration letters were mailed out on 10/1/2024. If you need access now, please contact Heather Macke at HeatherM@hatc.org for your registration letter that contains your PIN.
