The meetings are held in our main conference room at our administrative offices located at 1206 12th Ave SE, Olympia, WA and has an option to join virtually via Microsoft Teams.
The agenda for the meetings and the connection information to join virtually are posted here at least one day prior to the meeting.

Next Board Meeting:
The next Board Meeting will be our Annual Board Meeting and will held on May 9, 2024 at 12:00 pm in person at the HATC office building with an option to join virtually via Teams. The Teams connection information will be posted below.
