How do I apply?:  The waiting list is generated from the Coordinated Entry System in Thurston County for all homeless units. For single individuals, the referrals will be made by Community Action Council, and for any general homeless units the referrals can be made through any of the three Coordinated Entry points, Family Support Center of South Sound for families with children, Community Youth Services for families and individuals served through their programs, and Community Action Council.
